The main issue isn’t just the payment
In my experience serving in Rajasthan, the main issue isn’t just the payment amount, but the process. Sometimes, even after completing all the data entry requirements, the PBI amount is deducted without a clear reason or explanation. It feels like we are constantly chasing paperwork instead of focusing on patient care. If the PBI were merged with our base salary, it would remove this administrative burden and allow us to be more effective in our duties.
